Is a man's marriage to his wife nullified if he goes to soothsayers and seeks their help and believes them, and if it is nullified, does it become valid again after repentance?

It is not permissible to consult soothsayers and believe them, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever has intercourse with a menstruating woman, or with a woman in her anus, or consults a soothsayer and believes what he says, has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad." Believing a soothsayer, while holding the conviction that he knows the unseen, is an act of disbelief. However, if one believes that jinn convey to him what they overheard from the angels, and that it is through inspiration, then it is not an act of disbelief. Marriage is not invalidated merely by this act, unless certain conditions are met and impediments are absent.
