What is the ruling of Islamic law on going to a soothsayer after some people told me that I am bewitched because I am not yet married?

Going to a fortune-teller is a forbidden and great evil, because whoever believes a soothsayer or fortune-teller in what they say has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad. You must repent to Allah for this sin and seek His forgiveness, and not pay attention to the fortune-teller's words but rather deny them, for whoever relies on something is entrusted to it. We ask Allah to grant you a righteous husband and to enrich you with His lawful provisions, keeping you from His forbidden ones.
