When is the best time for charity?

Voluntary charity is always desirable, and its desirability is confirmed and its reward is increased in specific times, such as Ramadan; due to the hadith of Ibn Abbas: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was the most generous of people, and he was most generous in Ramadan." And the first ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah; due to the hadith: "There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days." Charity is also confirmed in times of need and hardship.
