What is the way to help my husband perform and adhere to prayer, given his work circumstances that prevent him from doing so and from leaving the office?

Working in Europe does not prevent a Muslim from performing prayers on time, and millions of Muslims there maintain their prayers. The husband must fear Allah and make prayer one of his priorities. If his work prevents him from praying, he must seek another job, and it is not permissible for him to continue in a job that severs him from his Lord, for Allah Almighty says: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him," and His saying: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him ease in his affair."
