Should Western and other nations who have not received the Call be treated like Ahl Al-Fatrah and thus attain salvation, or will they be tormented for their ignorance of Islam coupled with their transgressions, or will they be tested on the Day of Resurrection?

"One who has not received the message is excused, and God will judge concerning the injustices between people by either securing the right of the wronged or compensating them. As for the people of the Fatrah (those who lived in periods between prophets), there are differing opinions about them, but the most sound view is that they will be tested on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever among them obeys will be saved and enter Paradise, and whoever disobeys will enter Hellfire. This aligns with the evidence and reconciles between them."
