What is the ruling regarding those in Western societies whom the Islamic call has not reached?

One who has not received the call to Islam in Western or other societies, their ruling is the same as that of the Ahl al-Fatrah (people of the interval). The correct view is that they will be tested on the Day of Judgment. Whoever believes will enter Paradise, and whoever disbelieves will enter Hellfire. However, it is unlikely that Islam has not reached people in the West given how frequently they hear about it.
