The answer

It is part of Allah Almighty's justice that He does not punish a people until after they have been informed and the proof has been established against them, as corroborated by His saying: "And We were not to punish until We had sent a messenger." So, whoever has not been properly reached by the Islamic call, Allah Almighty will test him on the Day of Resurrection. If he obeys, he will enter Paradise, and if he disobeys, he will enter Hellfire, as narrated in the hadith of Al-Aswad bin Sari' from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that four will present their arguments on the Day of Resurrection: the deaf, the imbecile, the senile, and whoever died during an interregnum. Allah will test them by commanding them to enter the Fire. Whoever obeys will find it cool and peaceful for him, and whoever disobeys will be dragged into it. Thus, whoever received the call of Islam correctly has had the proof established against him, and whoever did not receive it or received it incorrectly, his matter is with Allah.
