Is "you are divorced to me" a divorce, especially when angry?

A husband's statement to his wife, "You are divorced," is an explicit divorce that takes effect even if the speaker is angry, as long as he has not lost his sanity. If this is the first or second divorce, the husband may take his wife back as long as she is within her waiting period (iddah), without a new contract. However, after the waiting period has expired, she cannot be taken back except with a new contract. Caution against anger is advised, as it can lead to many corruptions.
