Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce as long as the person is aware of what he is saying. This divorce has occurred, and since it is the first divorce, the husband has the right to take his wife back before her ' (waiting period) expires. A woman who has been given a revocable divorce is not permitted to leave her marital home, and her husband is not permitted to expel her until her 'iddah ends. He must also provide for her during this period. A woman who has been given a revocable divorce is considered a wife; her husband is permitted to enjoy her, and she is permitted to adorn herself for him.
