Is it permissible to sell land for 30 million Riyals, while concealing the deduction of 5 million Riyals as commission by brokers without the knowledge of the purchasing company, given that the actual value of the land is closer to 20 million Riyals?

If the true price of the land does not exceed 20 million, and these individuals are trying to make the company buy it for 30 million without disclosing their commission, then their situation is one of the following:

1. Employees of the company: In this case, they are not allowed to take the extra money, as it falls under the category of forbidden gifts to employees. 2. Collaborating with employees within the company to deceive it: This is illicit gain (suht). 3. Brokers (Samsara): They are attempting to deceive the company and make it believe that the price is 30 million so they can acquire 5 million for themselves. This is deception and falsehood. It is forbidden for a broker to receive a commission from the other party beyond what is customary without the knowledge of their client.

Therefore, it is not permissible to cooperate with these individuals because it constitutes cooperation in sin and aggression. The true price of the land (25 million) must be stated in the contract, and this will expose their true intentions. A Muslim must be truthful in transactions, and it is not permissible for him to lie or take people's money unjustly.
