What is the ruling on the imprisonment that deprives women, but not men, of inheritance in Libya?

It appears that the 'habs' (endowment) is a waqf, which is the dedication of the principal and the free disposal of its usufruct, and it is inherently desirable. However, a waqf is only valid if it is for an act of piety and obedience to Allah and His Messenger. It is not valid for a shrine or grave that is venerated or where shirk (polytheism) is committed. The building of shrines over graves and endowing them is an innovation that did not exist during the time of the Companions, the Successors, or the Four Imams, and the Imams have agreed on its unlawfulness. Preventing a woman from inheriting is a forbidden act and a practice of the pre-Islamic era of ignorance (Jahiliyyah). Allah has warned those who disobey Him regarding the division of inheritance by saying: "And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger and transgresses His limits - He will admit him to Fire, abiding eternally therein, and he will have a humiliating punishment."
