What is the ruling on the daily and monthly commission cap set by "Gold Mine" company in network marketing, such that the commission does not exceed 90 people per day, and is this considered taking the fruits of others' efforts?

Setting a limit on the 'tree' (referring to the network structure) has no bearing, and taking commissions from those who are enrolled in the network is void, because it involves unjustly consuming people's wealth. Renting or contracting for it is not permissible due to gharar (excessive uncertainty) and jahalah (ignorance). The company's sale of gold is permissible on the condition of immediate possession (taqabud), and that the buyer's intention is not to gain commissions from marketing; otherwise, it is forbidden. Worse than that is paying an annual or monthly subscription fee for commissions. This is no different from pyramid marketing schemes.
