Is there a specific supplication for waking up at a specific time?

There is no authentic supplication reported for someone who wishes to wake up at a specific time. However, it has been reported in a weak narration that whoever recites the end of Surah Al-Kahf before sleeping, intending to wake up at night, Allah will enable him to do so.
