How do we reconcile God's honoring of the Children of Adam with the fact that the origin of their creation is from a despised fluid? And what is the significance of the place from which a newborn emerges regarding this honoring?

Allah Almighty created Adam with His Own Hand and breathed into him of His Spirit, and made him from clay to signify his honor. His creation from a humble fluid does not indicate his insignificance; rather, his honoring signifies the nobility of the Children of Adam and their elevated status, as Allah Almighty says: "And We have certainly honored the children of Adam." Honor is bestowed through the intellect, which is the foundation of accountability, and through it, Allah is known and His words are understood. There may be qualities in animals that are superior to humans, but honor and preference are conferred through the intellect. Humans are not perfect and possess some unpleasant aspects. The honoring of humans ceases when they nullify their intellect and do not worship their Lord, becoming "like livestock; rather, they are more astray." As for the fetus emerging from its mother's womb, there is no deficiency in that.
