Is it permissible for a married woman who suffers from excessive hair and psoriasis, which causes irritation when hair is removed by traditional methods, to undergo laser hair removal in a medical clinic by a woman for the areas of severe nakedness (awrah mughallazah)?

There is no harm for a woman in removing unwanted body hair with laser by a female doctor, provided it does not cause harm, with the exception of hair in the 'awrah (intimate parts). As for the hair of the 'awrah, it is not permissible to expose it except out of necessity. If the questioner is ill and unable to remove the hair of the 'awrah herself, then it is permissible for her to have it removed by a female doctor, because shaving the pubic hair for one who cannot do it well is considered among the necessities that permit looking at the 'awrah.
