Am I required to do anything because I did not wash my face during ritual bathing after menstruation, due to my ignorance of the Sharia ruling?

Scholars have differed regarding the obligation of making up (qada') for someone who missed a condition or a pillar due to ignorance, with the majority deeming it obligatory. If you know the number of prayers you performed with an incomplete ghusl (definition), then you must make them up. If you do not know the number, then continue making them up until you are reasonably certain that you have fulfilled your obligation. Every Muslim is obligated to learn the individual religious duties (furood al-ayn), such as the rulings of purification (tahara) and prayer (salat).
