Has anyone seen Allah Almighty since the beginning of creation, including Adam, Moses, and Muhammad, peace be upon them, especially in the mentioned situations such as His saying: "O Adam, inform them of their names," and "Then Adam received from his Lord [certain] words," and when Moses was on Mount Tur, and during the Isra and Mi'raj when the Prophet Muhammad was commanded to return to his Lord to ask for a reduction in prayer?

The sight of Allah the Exalted in this world is rationally permissible, but it has not occurred Islamically (according to Sharia). This is based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Know that none of you shall see his Lord until he dies." The Prophet (peace be upon him) did not see his Lord on the night of Al-Mi'raj; rather, he saw a light, which was the veil, as stated in his saying: "His veil is Light; were He to withdraw it, the splendors of His Face would incinerate everything His sight reaches of His creation." Moses (peace be upon him) did not see his Lord, as indicated by the verse: {You shall not see Me}. As for Adam (peace be upon him), there is no evidence that he saw Allah.
