Is a woman's fast valid during the first ten days when menstrual blood appears in small drops, assuming it is a pathological condition, and given that she uses an IUD?

If the bleeding continues for ten days, even if faintly, all of it is considered the period of menstruation, as long as it does not exceed the maximum duration of menstruation according to the majority of jurists. Therefore, fasting during this period is not valid. The same applies if the blood comes in droplets; any day a drop of blood appears is considered a day of menstruation.

If the bleeding stops for one day and then resumes on another, the woman has two options: 1. Talfīq (Combining): She considers the days of purity as tahāra (purity), so she performs ghusl, prays, and fasts. She considers the days of bleeding as menstruation. 2. Sahb (Dragging): She considers both the days of purity and the days of bleeding as menstruation, and fasting during these days is not valid.
