What are the hadiths reported concerning the Witr prayer, specifically the hadith "Whoever does not pray Witr is not one of us," and is the Tasbih prayer invalid?

Several hadiths have been narrated concerning Witr prayer, among them that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to perform Witr with "Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High" (Surah Al-A'la), "Say, 'O disbelievers!'" (Surah Al-Kafirun), and "Say, 'He is Allah, the One'" (Surah Al-Ikhlas). It is also stated that Witr is a duty upon every Muslim, and its number of rak'ahs should be odd (one, or three, or five, or nine). The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, recommended performing Witr before sleep for those who feared they would not wake up in the latter part of the night, while it is better to perform it in the latter part of the night for those who hoped to be able to do so.

As for Salat al-Tasbih (the prayer of glorification), scholars have differed regarding its permissibility. The preponderant opinion is that it is permissible due to the authenticity of the hadith narrated concerning it.
