How can one find psychological reassurance when looking in the mirror frequently due to a large nose?

Among the causes of tranquility and psychological comfort are contentment with what Allah has ordained, and for a person to know that there is no deficiency or affliction beneath which there are not worse degrees. For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Look at those who are beneath you, and do not look at those who are above you, for that is more apt to make you not belittle the favor of Allah." So, looking at those who are lower leads to gratitude for blessings, whereas looking at those who are higher diminishes the value of the blessings a person possesses.
