Does committing an abomination (sodomy) on a Ramadan night (after breaking the fast) necessitate expiation (kaffarah) or any special rulings?

Homosexuality is one of the most heinous abominations. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded that both the perpetrator and the one upon whom it is perpetrated be killed. Its prohibition is even stricter and its punishment more severe during Ramadan. Whoever commits it after breaking their fast has committed a grave sin that warrants punishment and God's wrath, unless they repent with sincere repentance. As for whoever commits it during the daytime in Ramadan, they have no fast.
