Your going out with the girl, touching her, and kissing her is a sin for which prayer atones, based on the Almighty's saying: "Indeed, good deeds do away with evil deeds." If that resulted in the emission of semen, the fast is broken, and repentance and making up the day become obligatory. However, if the intention of the touch was intercourse, then what is obligatory is repentance, making up the day, along with expiation, which is: freeing a slave, or fasting for two consecutive months, or feeding sixty poor people. The same ruling applies to whoever commits the abomination of sodomy during the day in Ramadan.
