Is the Hadith "To learn a chapter in knowledge is better than a thousand voluntary rak'ahs" authentic, and does it include both religious and worldly knowledge?

The narration transmitted from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) which prefers learning a verse or a chapter of knowledge over performing a large number of rak'ahs is not authentic. Al-Albani judged these narrations as weak in Sunan Ibn Majah and Silsilah al-Da'ifah.
