Is the Hadith: "Learning one verse from the Book of Allah and acting upon it is better than a hundred rak'ahs" authentic?

The aforementioned hadith has a weak chain of transmission due to several defects in its narrators.

However, the authentic Quran and Sunnah contain sufficient (evidence) that renders weak hadiths unnecessary regarding the virtue of seeking knowledge and learning the Book of Allah.

Furthermore, there are narrations from the Companions, the Tabi'un, and the righteous predecessors that prefer knowledge over worship, and consider the scholar to be in a state of worshiping Allah through their pursuit of knowledge.
