What is the ruling on leaving the Holy Quran playing all day long without listening to it, and is one sinful for being bothered by that due to its excessive playing, not due to the Quran itself?

You are not sinful for sighing at your father's actions, as long as you do not show it to him. However, showing it is an act of disobedience (uquq), because Allah the Almighty says: ﴿So do not say to them, "uff"﴾ [Al-Isra: 23]. As for your father's continuous playing of the Qur'an throughout the entire house, while there are family members studying, revising, worshipping their Lord, or sleeping, this is not appropriate. It is feared that this may involve disrespect towards the Qur'an. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded to stop reciting the Qur'an in a state of heedlessness and preoccupation that prevents contemplation, saying: "Recite the Qur'an as long as your hearts are united upon it. And if you differ therein, then get up." You can explain your situation to your father and your need to focus on your affairs, and that the recitation distracts you, and that he can play the recorder at suitable times.
