Is it permissible to play the Holy Quran during prayer to soothe one's son and prevent him from crying?

The Sunnah dictates that a Muslim should pray without being distracted or disturbed during their prayer, for the one praying is conversing with their Lord, and they should not raise their voices over one another with the Quran. It is among the etiquettes of recitation not to recite loudly among those who are praying, sleeping, or reciting in a manner that would disturb them. The questioner can play the Quran for her child on a low volume so as not to disturb her prayer, thereby combining her devotion to her prayer with occupying her child through recitation.
