What is the Sharia ruling regarding a wife who was "molested" in her childhood and constantly instigates marital problems, and does the divorce pronounced by an enraged husband, who repeated the word of divorce ten times in a state of extreme anger, take effect?

Taking daughters to priests and soothsayers is not permissible, and it involves the practice of magic and charlatanism. Merely consulting a soothsayer is a reprehensible act, and believing him is a greater disbelief. So, we advise the husband to be patient with his wife and treat her with legal ruqyah (incantation). As for divorce, the first pronouncement is revocable. The second pronouncement made in a state of anger has three scenarios: First: If the anger does not impair his intellect and he knows what he is saying, then his divorce is valid. Second: If the anger reaches its peak, and he does not know what he is saying, then his divorce is not effective. Third: If it is intermediate between the two states, then his divorce is not effective.
