Does a divorce issued by the husband in cases of extreme anger count, especially if it is repeated, knowing that the husband loses control of himself when angry, and his anger increases when his sister is mentioned?

One must beware of anger and uttering divorce pronouncements frequently. If a husband pronounces divorce three times with a single utterance, such as saying: "You are divorced nine times," then the wife is considered irrevocably divorced, and she is not lawful for him until after she marries another man. This is by agreement of the majority of scholars. Her remaining with him after that is considered a violation of Islamic law, unless there was ignorance of the prohibition. However, if the husband does not comprehend what he is saying at the time of divorce, then the divorce does not take effect. In the event that the first divorce did not take effect, then the second and third divorces must be considered. It is forbidden to beat one's wife severely, and it is not permissible for a woman to be in seclusion with her husband's brother.
