What is the ruling regarding someone who said to his wife: "You are divorced, divorced, divorced" while in a state of extreme, uncontrollable anger?

If a husband divorces his wife three times by saying: "You are divorced, divorced, divorced," and he intended the first utterance as a divorce and considered the subsequent ones as emphasis, or if he did not intend anything at all, then only one divorce occurs. However, if he intended to effect divorce with all three utterances, then, according to the majority of scholars, three divorces occur, and his wife becomes unlawful for him until she marries another man. Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, however, was of the opinion that only one divorce occurs even if the husband intended to effect three divorces. It should be noted that a husband is not bound by a divorce if he uttered it during extreme anger that rendered him unaware of what he was saying.
