Is it permissible to eat at Chinese (restaurants/establishments)?

It is permissible to eat the slaughtered animal of Chinese Muslims or People of the Book if it is slaughtered in a correct, Sharia-compliant manner.

As for food that does not require ritual slaughter (tazkiya), it is permissible to eat it provided it does not contain impurities or unlawful ingredients such as pork.

It is permissible to associate with non-Muslims among them and share meals with them, provided that no heartfelt affection results from this interaction.
