The answer

If the magic (sihr) can be found, then it should be nullified by erasing it if it is written, or by undoing or destroying it. It is recommended to recite verses that nullify magic and to blow (lightly spit) upon it, such as Ayat al-Kursī and the Two Protector Surahs (al-Muʿawwidhatayn), as well as the noble verses: "When they cast, Moses said, 'What you have brought is magic. Indeed, Allah will invalidate it. Indeed, Allah does not amend the work of corrupters'" (Yunus: 81), and "So the truth was established, and abolished was what they were doing" (Al-A'raf: 118), and "What they have produced is but the trick of a magician, and the magician will not succeed wherever he goes" (Taha: 69). To treat fear of magic, it is advised to regularly recite the reported supplications for seeking refuge (taʿawwudhāt) and perform legal ruqyah (incantation).
