How can one dispose of the frankincense, water, oil, and powder given by a sorcerer to someone afflicted with the evil eye and magic, and is it harmful for these things to remain in the house?

To dispose of items suspected of containing sihr (magic/sorcery), one can destroy them while reciting Surahs Al-Ikhlas (definition) and Al-Mu'awwidhatayn, as well as verses for nullifying magic, then bury them in a distant place. It is narrated in Sahih (definition) Al-Bukhari that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered the burial of magic. Sheikh Ibn Baz said: "If the location of the magic is known, then that item should be removed, burned, and destroyed, which nullifies its effect." It is also preferable to consult righteous and virtuous individuals experienced in nullifying magic.
