Do a married husband's repeated renditions of songs involving abandonment and separation from a beloved constitute a divorce?

Merely recounting divorce in poetry or elsewhere, without intending to enact it, does not necessitate anything, because among the pillars of divorce according to jurists is intention. Some jurists have indicated that the considered intention is the intention of both the wording and the meaning, to exclude recounting the divorce of another, the portrayal by a jurist, and calling "taliq" (divorced) to someone whose name is Taliq. It should be noted that if these songs are accompanied by music, they are forbidden. However, if they are free of music and other Sharia violations such as satire or describing a specific woman, then there is no objection to repeating them.
