Is a new marriage contract and mahr required after the husband repeats a song containing the phrase "Go, you are divorced" without the intention of divorce?

Pronouncing a divorce (talaq) by way of imitating someone else, and not with the intention of initiating a divorce, does not result in divorce. Consequently, divorce has not occurred by imitating the song, and there is no need to renew the marriage contract. It is advisable to avoid uttering such phrases and to be wary of obsessive thoughts (waswasah) concerning matters of divorce and other issues.
