Is it permissible to pay membership fees to an Islamic association in Europe that includes a mosque and lessons?

There is no objection to paying the fees required by the association. If the payer intends for what they paid to be a support for it, then they will be rewarded for that intention, especially since Islamic associations and centers in Western countries perform great services, such as educating Muslims and spreading Islam.
