Given the small number of regular worshippers, the existence of moral and behavioral problems among some Muslims, their disunity, and their weak representation, should we purchase a building to serve as a mosque, knowing that the absence of a mosque might lead to the cessation of religious and Arabic language education? Would we be sinful if we do not purchase a mosque, and would the resident brothers be considered negligent if they do not contribute to the association for the purpose of buying a mosque?

Members of the association must unite the Muslims and cooperate with the callers to Islam, gently and wisely advise Muslims, and combat deviant ideologies with wisdom and good admonition. They should build a mosque if possible, otherwise, they should rent a building for prayers and lessons. They must also teach people the matters of their religion so that they can carry the burden of da'wah (Islamic propagation). It is preferable to delay the 'Isha prayer until the first third of the night, unless it causes hardship to the worshipers. As for the number of people required for the Friday prayer to be valid, it is a matter of scholarly disagreement. And whoever's prayer is valid, his imamate for others is also valid.
