What is the ruling regarding a woman urinating in a cup and then disposing of it into the running Zamzam water from the spouts in the Haram because she is unable to control her urine?
It is forbidden to relieve oneself in the mosque, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to the Bedouin who urinated in the mosque: "Indeed, these mosques are not suitable for any of this urine or filth. They are only for the remembrance of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, prayer, and recitation of the Qur’an." However, it is permissible to relieve oneself into a vessel inside the mosque out of extreme necessity, such as for an elderly person or a sick person who cannot hold their urine or for whom exiting the mosque is difficult. One must cover their 'awrah when relieving oneself. It is preferable to dispose of the urine in a place that will not contaminate anyone or come into contact with pure water.
