Is it permissible to remove the supervisor of an endowment from another endowment where he did not commit betrayal, if he was removed from one of the two endowments due to betrayal?

Whoever has betrayed once is likely to betray again. The treacherous supervisor of an endowment (waqf) must be dismissed and replaced. Therefore, if someone has betrayed one of the two endowments while being a supervisor over both, he should be dismissed from both, because treachery prevents him from holding trusts, especially endowments.
