Is it permissible to pay for education with money acquired from unlawful sources due to financial need?

If the unlawfully acquired money has a specific owner, it must be returned to its owners, and it is impermissible to benefit from it. However, if it does not have a specific owner, and you are in need of it for your studies, it is permissible for you to spend it on them. A poor person may take from this money an amount sufficient for his needs and the needs of his dependents.
