What is the ruling on a worker using water at the workplace, knowing that it is taken from an apartment owned by the employer, who also pays its bills?

It is permissible for a worker to use the water available at his workplace according to his need and without extravagance, unless the owner of the place explicitly states that he does not permit its use.
