Is it permissible for an employee to take cleaning supplies from his company without the knowledge of his supervisor, under the pretext of not having received his full dues for overtime hours?

The employee is a trustee of the company's money, and it is not permissible for him to take anything from it except with the permission of its owner, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Render the trusts to those to whom they are due." If the employee works overtime and agrees with the employer on a specific wage, then the person in charge pays him less than what was agreed upon, it is his right to take his full due from the company to the extent that he deserves, without excess, if no harm results from that. Therefore, there is no blame on the employee for taking the company's cleaning supplies if he does not take more than his due and ensures no harm.
