What is the ruling on saying "Fear Allah" to someone who is cursing, while the accuser practices masturbation and describes his face as gaunt, and is this considered hypocrisy?

We have previously clarified the prohibition of masturbation, its harms, and the means to overcome it. Committing sins does not prevent a Muslim from advising piety or enjoining good and forbidding evil. Thus, it is not a condition for the advisor to be perfectly righteous, and the sinner is commanded to repent, not to abandon advising.
