Is it permissible to supplicate for the deceased with: "O Allah, grant her goodness in the Barzakh and goodness in the Hereafter, and protect her from the punishment of the Fire," and that Allah admit her to the highest Firdaws without reckoning or prior torment?

There is no harm in supplicating with "Allahumma qina 'adhab al-qabr (O Allah, protect us from the torment of the grave)." Scholars have interpreted "good in the Hereafter" in the verse: "Our Lord, grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter and protect us from the punishment of the Fire" (Qur'an 2:201) to include protection from the torment of the grave, for the grave is the first stage of the Hereafter. Al-Sa'di mentioned that the good in the Hereafter is safety from punishments in the grave, at the standing (Day of Judgment), and in the Fire, and attaining Allah's pleasure, winning eternal bliss, and nearness to the Most Merciful Lord.
