Brokerage contracts, which involve mediating between a buyer and a seller and receiving a fee for it, are permissible, as indicated by the Almighty’s saying: "And for he who brings it is the load of a camel, and I guarantee it." However, your work as a technical consultant requires you to advise on purchasing the best, and you receive a salary from your company for this. Therefore, it is not permissible for you to take a commission from the international company without your company's permission. Otherwise, this contradicts trustworthiness and may lead to favoritism towards that company out of greed for the commission. This is what Sharia has prohibited by preventing gifts to employees, fearing their influence.
