What is the ruling on dealing with an elderly sheikh who has lost his mind, talks to himself loudly in the mosque, and sometimes urinates on himself, and is it permissible to prevent him from entering the mosque?

It is prescribed to maintain mosques by removing everything that harms worshippers and angels, such as foul odors. Everything that has a foul odor among foods, as well as anyone with halitosis or a wound that emits an odor, is to be treated like garlic and onions. It is disliked for such a person to attend the mosque until their odor dissipates. It is also commendable to remove anyone who causes harm to others from the mosque. As for someone whose entry into the mosque would lead to its defilement, it is forbidden for them to enter, and they would be sinful for doing so.
