Is it permissible for a mentally disabled person with a foul odor to pray in the first row of the mosque, or should he be prevented from entering the mosque?

It is permissible to prevent a person with a bad odor from entering the mosque, especially if they are not a worshipper and are insane. This is even desirable, due to the hadith narrated by Jabir: "Indeed, the angels are bothered by what bothers the children of Adam," and due to the action of Umar when he "ordered him to be taken out to Al-Baqi'.” This expulsion is desirable for someone with a bad odor, and expelling an insane person is even more appropriate.
