Does the oath take effect and the mother become divorced for the third time if the son brings the laptop into the house, after the father swore that if the computer enters the house again, the mother will be divorced?

If a man says to his wife, "You are pure" (أنت خالصة) and intends divorce by it, he makes his wife's divorce contingent upon the introduction of a computer into his house. If the condition is met, the wife is divorced, whether the husband intended to effect the divorce or merely to threaten, and this is the opinion of the majority of scholars. If this is the third divorce, it constitutes an irrevocable divorce (بينونة كبرى), and she is not permissible for her husband until she marries another man, he consummates the marriage with her, and then either divorces her or dies, and her waiting period (iddah) expires. The determination of the type of computer that would cause the man to break his oath depends on his intention at the time of swearing; if there was no specific intention, the reference point is the reason for the oath. If the reason pertained to a specific type, then the oath is broken only by introducing that type; otherwise, it is broken by introducing any computer.
