هل يجب تسمية المولود الذكر باسم "أحمد" بناءً على منام رأته الزوجة، أم يجوز تسميته بأي اسم آخر؟

It is not obligatory to name the child Ahmad, because obligation is a legal ruling that cannot be derived from dreams. However, it is preferable to name him so because of the dream the questioner had, and because it is the name of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. If he wishes to name him with a name other than this, there is no harm.
