Is it permissible to emigrate from a Muslim Arab country to another country without a mahram and without the family's knowledge, and would such emigration be pleasing to Allah, knowing that the family did not force her into disobedience? Is it permissible to live with a married woman and her husband in one house without a mahram? And is it permissible to marry without a guardian (wali amr) if the family is considered apostate?

Hijrah (emigration) is not unconditionally obligatory; it depends on a Muslim's ability to practice their religion in their own country. If hijrah is not obligatory, then it is not permissible for a woman to travel without a mahram (unmarriageable kin) for fear of her being exposed to danger. We advise her to stay in her parents' home, seek knowledge online, and look for a righteous husband with the help of trustworthy friends and relatives. She should also try to convince her family about the young man she mentioned if he desires her, while noting that it is impermissible for a woman to marry without the permission of her wali (guardian), or the Muslim ruler or his representative if no wali exists. It is also important to note that it is not permissible to hastily declare a specific individual an infidel, and that it is permissible for a woman to live with a righteous Muslim family.
