Does performing Hajj using a transit visa through Saudi Arabia to Jordan, with the intention of entering Arafat to perform the rituals, taking advantage of the authorities' leniency on the night of Arafat, constitute a valid Hajj that does not violate Sharia or law, knowing the hardship and difficulty involved and the possibility of not being able to enter Mecca?

If the pilgrim performs Hajj in the manner prescribed by Islamic law, it is valid, regardless of whether he was authorized to enter or not. However, it is not permissible to violate the orders of the authorities concerning the organization of Hajj affairs. If he obtains a visa to pass through to another country, then passes through, and the authorities permit him to perform Hajj, there is no sin upon him.
